LEGAL
1. Amazing Race Montreal is wholly owned and operated by Adventrix Productions Inc.
2. As with any event ticket, your tickets for Amazing Race Montreal events are non-refundable.
3. In exceptional situations, requests to transfer tickets may be granted at Amazing Race Montreal's sole discretion. A nominal fee may apply to such transfers.
4. All participants are required to sign a release waiver and acknowledgement of personal responsibility prior to participating in any Amazing Race Montreal event, a copy of which is available upon request. Refusal, at any time, to agree to and/or sign this document will prevent any person from participating in an Amazing Race Montreal event and will not constitute valid grounds to receive reimbursement for registration fees paid.
5. Amazing Race Montreal is in no way related (legally or otherwise) to "The Amazing Race."
